UCyTOF

UCyTOF is an expertise center for Cytometry by Time-Of-Flight and is focused on supporting researchers in investigating disease processes in patient-derived material, mainly tissues and blood samples.

Through this, UCyTOF holds a unique position within UMC Utrecht and on the Utrecht campus as one of the most advanced expertise centers in the Netherlands for researchers who require advanced multiplex protein analysis at the single-cell level, both in flow cytometry-based and multiplexed imaging mass cytometry. In addition to technological support,

UCyTOF provides data analysis support in the form of usergroups and hands-on training, in collaboration with the UMCU Spatial Omics Accelerator.

UCyTOF partners with the research group of Yvonne Vercoulen, Associate Professor of Spatial Biology, with the aim of further advancing UCyTOF in the areas of innovation and methodological development.
