3Rs Centre Utrecht

Utrecht University

The mission of the 3Rs Centre Utrecht (3RCU) is to reduce the use of laboratory animals in research and education. To do so, we follow the three Rs of Replacement, Reduction and Refinement (in Dutch: 3Vs of Vervanging, Vermindering en Verfijning), with a primary focus on Replacement.

Metabolism Expertise Centre

Utrecht University

A metabolomics, lipidomics, and fluxomics facility providing expert-driven LC–MS analysis of small molecules and biological interpretation for academic and industry partners.

Multi-scale Spatial Omics Platform

Utrecht Science Park

The goal of the Multi-scale Spatial Omics Platform is to make spatial omics approaches more accessible to our UMC Utrecht researchers and beyond. To achieve this, we offer tailored support and guidance to enhance your research with our spatial technologies and strive to nurture a spatial community within UMC Utrecht. We also offer consulting and services to external users.

Find your MedTech facilities

Discover facilities supporting the development, testing and translation of medical technologies. These capabilities help researchers and innovators move from concept to prototype, validation and clinical application.

Netherlands Proteomics Center (NPC)

Utrecht University

Access advanced proteomics infrastructure, mass spectrometry technologies and specialist expertise for the detailed analysis of proteins, protein interactions and their biological functions.

Princess Máxima Center Big Data Core Facility

Utrecht Science Park

The Big Data Core (BDC) advances biomedical research by developing genomic pipelines, cloud solutions and data management policies for bulk sequencing data in pediatric oncology. Central to making data accessible to researchers is the NL-4C resource. This is a cloud-based data resource and portal developed by the BDC that enables the visualization and exploration of virtual datasets to understand the clinical characteristics and mutational landscape of pediatric cancers within the Dutch population.

Single Cell Discoveries

Utrecht Science Park

We are the only transcriptomics service provider built to deliver high-quality data quickly and reliably. We are scientist-led and technology-agnostic. Our team identifies the right workflow for your research and runs single-cell, bulk, spatial RNA sequencing or bespoke projects from RNA sample to bioinformatic analysis. You receive your results within two to four weeks.

Find your Data Science & AI facilities
